Meet Crystal James is a native of Tupelo, MS where she lives with her husband, Dione, and daughter Adalyn. She graduated in 2010 from MS University for Women majoring in exercise science. Crystal began her journey in rehab 11 years ago spending many years as a rehab tech.Later, she later attended Itawamba community college where she received her degree as a Physical therapist assistant in 2018.
